Ted Greenleaf
Owner and CEO
Throughout 35 years in project management, construction, and architecture, Ted has focused on driving innovation, refined design, and streamlining broken processes. Ted took the rigor and precision learned at the renowned architectural firm SOM Chicago to New York in 1988, becoming Associate Partner of Bartos & Rhodes. After fifteen years of architecture, having teamed up to design residential and commercial buildings and interiors in London, Chicago, and New York, he was invited to join Vanguard Construction and later the venerable James Kennedy Construction. In 1999 he formed Wyatt Marley, putting together a project management team when asked to take on oversight of the $200 million renovation of MTA’s headquarters. Clients include Christies, NYU Langone Medical Center, Verizon, Parish of St. Peter’s, and the International Monetary Fund. Ted earned his Bachelors in Architecture at Virginia Tech and learned to sculpt marble at the Scuola di Marmi in Pietrasanta, Italy.
